Some Old and Some New

Here is a story test that I've been meaning to post for awhile now. After that is some design work, for two separate projects, I've been working on: a character sheet, some house/shop explorations and a couple of thumbnail comps. I'm working on some boards right now and I'll have those up in a couple of days. And after that will come the rest of the designs. Roughs

Wow, I really slack on updating this thing. Sorry! Well, here are some character roughs that I've been working on lately. They are for two different, unrelated projects. I still need to clean them up and paint them. But anyway, enjoy!

Update

I know it's been a long time. Sorry! My life's been really crazy, but when is it not. : ) Here are some pieces that I've been working on. I've been doing a lot more storyboards lately, so concept work, unfortunately, is happening a little slower. Maybe if I get a storyboard sequence that I actually like, I'll post a quicktime file of it up. We'll see... But I've got some really fun idea's that I'm working on for more concept work and I can't wait to start on them and post them up here. So I'll try and post more regularly, I know I say that all the time. Sorry! All of the images below are for a project for my BFA class at San Jose State University. They are inspired by the book Water for Elephants. I'm working on cleaning up the drawings a little more and painting the characters and the environments, so I'll post those up when I'm done too.
